Most people doing consequential work will not nominate themselves. A nomination is not a vote and it is not a shortcut — it is a pointer, and the person you name decides what happens next.

The person decides, not you

YoureNX writes to whoever you name. They will be notified of who nominated them and what was said about their work, and they must claim the record themselves before anything about them is published. A nomination that is never claimed stays unpublished.

Why we ask for so little

One route to reach them is enough. Do not send documents, identity numbers or anything they have not agreed to share — if the nomination proceeds, they submit their own evidence under their own name.
