Industry partner registration

This is the pathway for companies, innovation hubs and investors with roles, funding, facilities or problems to place. It is discovery in the other direction — you say what you are looking for, and the record says who is already doing it.

The form below is the real partner first step, exactly as it will be asked. In this preview it is checked in your own browser and goes no further — no account is created, nothing is transmitted, and nothing is kept once you close the tab.

Join as an industry partner

Two blocks of questions, then what you are looking for. Only six answers are required. The rest is what makes discovery work in your favour — the more precisely you describe what you need, the less time you spend reading records that were never relevant.

The organisation

The registered legal name. This is the name that appears on any opportunity you post and any record you request access to.

Only these three can hold a partner account. Universities, agencies and foundations belong on the institutional pathway instead.

The sector you hire, fund or build in. It decides which fields of work you are shown first.

Roughly how many people. Used only to set sensible defaults on how much you can post at once.

Include https://. A live domain is the fastest route through manual review.

Where the organisation is legally incorporated.

Where you are based, if it matters to who you want to reach.

Your RC number or its equivalent, if the organisation has one. It shortens verification; it is never published.

Who is registering

The named person who can act for the organisation. A partner account is never anonymous: anyone whose record you request is told who asked.

The person accountable for this account, in the order you write it.

Head of talent, research lead, partner, founder — whatever fits.

An address on the organisation’s own domain. A personal address cannot be used to claim authority over an organisation, so verification will not accept one.

This is what discovery matches against. Your answers are recorded as your stated purpose, they are auditable, and they are visible to anyone whose record you request.

The skills you cannot find, the research you would fund, the problem you would put in front of somebody. Specifics work far better than categories, and this is the part a person reads.

Checking happens in this browser. Nothing leaves the page, no partner account is opened, and no verification message is sent to anyone.

What happens after this form

A partner account is reviewed by a person before it is granted anything, because access to people’s records is the one thing YoureNX cannot afford to hand out cheaply.

  1. Your address is verified on the organisation’s domain

    A code goes to the work address you gave. A personal address cannot stand in for a corporate one, because the address is the first piece of evidence that you speak for the organisation rather than about it.

  2. The organisation itself is checked

    Incorporation, domain and stated purpose are examined by a person, not a script. Recruiters and data resellers are declined here, and so is anyone whose purpose is to build a list rather than to work with the people on it.

  3. You describe an opportunity, not a search

    Roles, funding, facilities, briefs or problems. Discovery works from what you are offering, so an opportunity with real terms attached reaches people that a general enquiry never will.

  4. People decide whether to answer

    YoureNX shows you records whose holders have chosen to take part in discovery, and every request you make is attributed to you by name. Contact is an invitation the person can accept, decline or ignore, and declining costs them nothing.

What a partner account can and cannot do

Can post opportunities
Roles, internships, funding, facilities, research briefs and challenges, with terms stated openly so people can judge them before answering.
Can search discovery
Read records whose holders have opted into discovery, filtered by field, evidence and region. Every search is logged against your account.
Can invite
Approach a person directly, in your own name. They see who you are and what you want before they decide, and an unanswered invitation stays unanswered — there is no second channel.
Cannot corroborate
Confirming evidence is the institutional pathway’s power, not this one. A company may sponsor work; it does not get to certify it.
Cannot add anyone
A partner cannot create a person’s record, register on their behalf, or keep a copy of one. Only the person can put themselves on YoureNX, through the individual pathway.
Cannot export the record
Records are read on YoureNX, not downloaded, resold or reassembled elsewhere. This is a term of the account, not a technical inconvenience.

Not the pathway you need?
